Runners are able to leave their baggage within the Baggage Tent prior to the race beginning. It will be clearly signed. Please expect to queue to drop/collect your baggage during peak times.

There will be a number of catering units serving a selection of tasty food Including fresh hot panines, burgers, fish and chips, carvery, hot & cold drinks & confectionary.

Our Charity Partners will be in the Race Village on event day. Why not stop by to find out more about these great causes.

You'll find bands dotted around to make sure the event goes off with a bang. If you're lucky you may just bump in to Robin Hood himself!

The Help Desk is manned by Goldline Events staff to deal with any issues you might have on the day, including replacement race pack collection and Elite athlete queries. It is also the place to go if you have lost something or someone. So if you have any issues or questions just stop by and we will be glad to help.

Our partner Impact Physio and their massage team will be available to help with everything from pre-race body MOT to a relaxing post-race massage. Stop by to help relieve those weary legs. The services provided by Impact Physio are free but they do request a charitable donation.

Medical services will be located on the finish line and at the end of the finish funnel. If at any point you need help please make yourself known.

Unless you paid for your Race Pack to be delivered to your home when you entered, all Race Packs (which will include your race number, luggage tag and any merchandise) will be available for collection only from the Race Bib Collection Tent on Friday 27th September 3.30pm - 6.30pm or from 10am - 4.00pm on Saturday 28th September.

If you haven’t bought an official race T-shirt head to the Merchandise Tent where you’ll find men’s and women’s short sleeved and long sleeved T-shirts, snoods, tote bags, bib clips and all things Robin Hood Half.

If your application is successful you will be asked to provide H&S documents.

There will be plenty of toilets to help with those last minute nerves and they will be clearly signposted.

There is a VIP marquee with special features just for our VIP runners. If you are a VIP runner please head directly to the marquee when you arrive.
